Our Teachers Share Their Vision

The teachers at The Little Lamb are required to meet continuing education standards each year in order to remain certified to teach. During one of their leadership trainings, our core staff was surveyed on a variety of values. In order for you to get to know us better, we’d like to share the topics and some of their responses summarized below.

THE LITTLE LAMB PROVIDES
“We provide a safe, faith-based environment where Christ is the center, as well as a place where school prater is encouraged. It is a home away from home, offering strong physical, mental and spiritual development. The Little Lamb provides an academically strong learning environment, offering high standards for the children, friendships for the staff, and childcare from a Christian perspective.”

WE STRIVE TO
“We strive to treat the whole child, by adapting ourselves as much as possible to meet the unique needs of each child. By providing quality care and strong academics, we show our concern for both parents and children. We view each child as a unique gift from God, recognizing his or her individual needs and talents.”

WE WANT TO
“We want to build knowledge, confidence and self-esteem into each child. It is our desire to minister to the children, their families, our friends and each other. We are a faith-based school and want to communicate that God is love.”

AT THE LITTLE LAMB, WE REALLY CARE ABOUT
“We care about each child and we pray for them individually. We are able to show the children sincere affection while teaching them life skills such as manners and social skills. We want to work together to help the children build character, and to provide Christian direction, discipline and education.”
